TOF begins a project to explore the needs and capacities needed to operationalize Indonesia’s new OSS-RBA (Online single submission – Risk Based Approach). OSS-RBA is updated approach put in place as part of the 2020 Job Creation Law (Omnibus Law). It will through consultations with the implementation agency and close study of the OSS-RBA point to areas where there may be challenges in implementation and capacity building needs. The project is funded by the German Development Bank (Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau – KfW). TOF experts and TOF’s Indonesia Team is involved. Contact: Dhillion, TOF.
