TOF explored the needs and capacities needed to operationalize Indonesia’s new OSS-RBA (Online single submission – Risk Based Approach). OSS-RBA is updated approach put in place as part of the 2020 Job Creation Law (Omnibus Law). Consultations with the implementation agency and close study of the OSS-RBA point to areas where there may be challenges in implementation and capacity building needs. The project is funded by the German Development Bank (Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau – KfW). TOF experts and TOF’s Indonesia Team was involved. Completed Des 2021. Contact: Dhillion, TOF.
