TOF is contributing to a Blue Economy study being conducted by the Economic Transformations Group (ETG), School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA), Columbia University, USA. Dhillion of TOF is being interviewed for frames of potential solutions that may drive sustainable, equitable development of the blue economy in small islands states in the Caribbean.
