The TOF Norway and its Indonesian team will review and update on the newest Government of Indonesia (GoI) policy and practice on land acquisition and resettlement. The GoI has recently put into place new regulations and policies in these fields, notably some in final draft stage. Several Multilateral Development Institutions including the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the World Bank have provided assistance for developing guidelines.
