Who we are
Founders and Experts
Based on the worldwide experience spanning over twenty years TOF was conceived by Shivcharn Dhillion, PhD and supported by colleagues. The aim was to establish a non-profit and non-government organization with aims to address the SDGs.
It builds on its strength in its leaders’ capacities and an international advisory team. The vast advisory expert network established through research and development projects is a supportive element to TOF. TOF has affiliated national teams in selected nations (current: Indonesia, Vietnam and Georgia).
